Donation Terms
These terms explain how contributions to Live Studius are processed and administered.
Legal donee and purpose
Contributions are made to Live Studius, Inc. in support of its charitable programs. Live Studius retains exclusive legal control and discretion over contributed funds; a campaign or student story does not create a direct gift to an individual.
Tax treatment
A contribution may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless expressly stated. Consult your tax adviser.
Processing and receipts
Stripe processes card details. Live Studius receives transaction and donor information needed for records, receipts, fraud prevention, and administration. We issue electronic acknowledgments using the information provided.
Allocation, refunds, and anonymity
We may apply funds to the stated charitable program, related program needs, or another charitable purpose when a project is fully funded, unavailable, ineligible, or cannot proceed. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; contact us promptly. Anonymous means your name is not displayed publicly, but it does not erase required records.
